You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email support@usekindness.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we will tell you how to send them back. We pay for the return shipping, so you will not be charged to send an item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them, with any packaging that came with them. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you would like to return them. Once we receive your return, we will refund the full price of the item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email support@usekindness.com with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
