We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, and delivery is free on every order.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 working days from the date of your order. You will receive an email confirming your order and tracking details where they are available.

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Email support@usekindness.com with your order number and we will tell you how to send it back. We pay for the return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Email support@usekindness.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Materials vary by piece, and each product page lists what the item is made from, such as stainless steel or alloy with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish.

Keep it dry, store it in a pouch away from other pieces, and put it on after perfume and hairspray. Take rings and bracelets off before showers, swimming and the gym.

The dress page has a size guide in centimetres. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
